I have a thing for basic grey, I confess it. I'm finally digging in to my Curio layer cakes!! Yay!
I desperately need some blank vertical space in my next place. Using the bed for a design wall is extremely inconvenient :)
Each block is labelled with a little masking tape so I can get them back where they belong when I'm ready. So. Grateful for that awesome tip!
After I sew across the corners, they get trimmed and sewn together to make these: pretty little half square triangle blocks.
I've got all the blocks to this point now. YAY! Frightened thinking about the next step, which involves slicing them all in half. I may end up NOT doing it, if I can't stop imagining the worst :)
I'll post more pics when the quilt tops are finished!
